I am a wholesaler from Detroit and heard you speak at Steve Cook’s recent boot camp. Prior to hearing you speak and reading your Extreme Marketing Guidebook, I haphazardly did signs and other marketing. After hearing you speak and reading your book, I made a resolution to step it up and immediately bought and hung signs in my neighborhoods. In the first week I bought a house from a sign call for 28k and flipped it for $40k. Now I’m a believer! Since than I’ve bought car magnets, post-it notes and a number of other marketing items you suggest.
