Hello Everyone,
This is my first subject 2 deal, and I and use all the help I can find!
My questions are as follows:
1. I am buying a house from a distress seller via 'sub2', should i buy 'title policy insurance: if i am doing sub2. (Other investor please tell me what your doing when it comes to buy title policy..et)
2. Or should i just pay for a 'title search only' and don?t buy 'title policy insurance'?

Posted on : 2/1/2010 11:21:50 PM Since this is your 1st one, I would strongly recommend that you do get title insurance. Once you get comfortable with the process & build a repore with your title Co., you should be able to go with the title reports.
